Versa 2 not counting steps

I will look at my steps count and walk maybe 50 steps and the step count will not change. I will repeat this with no change then I will walk 5 steps and the step count will be updated by only 5 steps.  I know the counter lost at least 80 steps.

Hi @RDS_Colorado, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the step count doesn't change.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch's steps count and see if the issue gets fixed.
