Versa 2 - Leaderboard not working

I got my Versa 2 as a Christmas gift. My leaderboard is not working. The firmware was installed when I set it up.

 

My leaderboard app on my versa 2 watch will not load. I have tried logging out of the app on my phone. Then restarting my phone, and finally restarting my Fitbit. I also checked all updates for my phone and Fitbit, everything is up to date.  I uninstalled Leaderboard and reinstalled it. Not happy as it's 1 day old!!!!!!

@Princess_Ren Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your missing leaderboard data on your Versa 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try doing a factory reset on your device. Also clear your phone's connection by going to the bluetooth area and removing all devices there. After this setup your device again.

Let me help you with your leaderboard not showing on your device. You don't mention any troubleshoots. I suggest you start by restarting your tracker by following these instructions. If the issue persists you can try the suggestions in my previous post in this thread.

Hi. Has anyone figured out a way to fix this problem? My Fitbit Versa 2 has the same loading screen with the tip. I have tried EVERYTHING factory reset, normal reset, deleted the app, deleted the entire Fitbit app, updated my iPhone. Please someone help me fine a solution!!!! I am very close to getting rid of my Fitbit.
