Versa 2 not displaying exercises

My versa 2 has stopped displaying my Exercises Options when clicked/wanting to engage in an activity. The Orange logo just flashes a few times when clicked on/engaged with but then the menu just appears again?

The app doesn't need updating and every other app option seems to be working fine

2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
