Hi,
I have had no issues with my new Versa 2 calculating calories burnt during workouts at home. Today I went to the gym and although I had my phone with me, the Fitbit app is saying ‘not enough data available’ for Calculation of cals burnt and heart rate. When I was in the gym, my watch was displaying heart rate and cals burnt fine, but this doesn’t seem to have recorded in the app? My phone’s data was working fine too. 

can anyone advise? Thanks
