Since 2 weeks I have a new Firbit versa 2. The first week everything was working fine. After about one week, software version 35.70.8.0. was installed. So far it loks like everything is still working fine with exception of receving Whatsapp messages. I do not get them anymore on my versa 2. I do receive other notifications on my versa 2 (Gmail, agenda, news notifications etc) but not from whatsapp.
The first week, before the software update, I did receive whatsapp messages also. I did not change any setting in my GItbit app or on my versa 2 watch. Of course I checked the settings in the Fitbit app, and still there the setting for receiving Whatsapp messages is switched on.
Are there other versa 2 users experiencing the same issue after the lates software update and is known how this can be solved?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it receives WhatsApp notifications properly.
