I got the versa 2 for Christmas and it worked fine for the first couple of days. I have a Samsung galaxy s7. I have restarted both the app on my phone and restarted the versa, no avail. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, no avail. I have disconnected from bluetooth and reconnected, no avail. Im literally so frustrated because I wanted the versa 2 so I could still get phone and text notifications at work since Im not allowed to have my phone at work. What should I do now???

Hi @Carmiejo23 , besides iPhone users, also some Android users, mainly Samsung users, suffer from the notifications issue. The cause of this problem for the Android users is the new update to 70.7.14. AFAIK, Fitbit is working on a solution, regards kuzibri
