I got my wife a versa 2 for Christmas and we set it up on her Galaxy s10 and it worked great. The other day it stopped receiving text messages but still receives all other notifications. We have tried all the fixes that are posted and it still doesn't work. I paid alot of money for this device and would like it to work properly. Please help me fix this.

Hi, just letting you know that my Versa 2 has this problem as well. I've called support multiple times, and have tried all methods of trouble shooting. I was left with "we are aware of this problem and are working on a resolution'. Do you have a timeline that we might see a fix?

None of the trouble shooting steps work! Stop telling people to try them and get a real fix.
