So is Fitbit even working on this problem? ! My Versa 2 just stops getting texts out of the blue, it's ridiculous. I have a Samsung 10 plus and I know it CAN work because it was, what is happening! ?
Hi @dzc , besides the notification problems iPhone users have, also some Android users suffer from the same problem, mainly Samsung users (Tizen layer?). But the cause is different. By Android users this is the result of the latest update (70.7.14). Fitbit is aware of the problem and working on a fix for this problem. regards kuzibri
