Versa 2 notification doesn't work

I bought my Fitbit Versa2 recently. I dont see the wallet option in my mobile app but I can see in my watch. I tried reinstalling the fitbit app and restarted the mobile multiple times but no luck.

Another problem is, I setup Alexa and the notifications. The notifications work for a while and stops all of a sudden. When I revisited the Notifications in my mobile I see "Notification service not running"

I use Oneplus 6 mobile, Android version.

Hi there @santhoshjoy, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for the details provided.

In order for Alexa to work, can you please confirm if you are located in a country where Amazon Alexa is supported? Supported countries can be found here: www.fitbit.com/eu/voice. If you're not located in an Alexa supported country, you won't be able to set up Alexa.

Also, can you confirm that you are on the most up to date Fitbit app version? To update your app, see: How do I update the app to the latest version?

About the Wallet in the Fitbit app, please note that some customers may report that they aren't able to see the Wallet tile in the Fitbit app. This may occur due because the customer's Country doesn't support Fitbit Pay.

If there are no banks in your country, you won't be able to see the Wallet tile in the Fitbit app. For a listed of supported banks/countries, visit www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay/banks.

To see the Wallet tile in the Fitbit app, the customer needs to set the Profile Settings Location in the app to their country of residence.

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Tap or click the tile with your name.
  3. Tap or click the gear icon.
  4.  Tap Add Location. (NOTE: You can choose to make this setting private) MarreFitbit_1-1579044897949.png
