Versa 2 not longer working

I recently purchased a fitbit versa 2 on the release date in September. I'm already having issues with my versa. It will start vibrating and not picking up my HR, the screen wouldn't swipe, and now my battery is dying really fast. Last night when I synced it the battery was 51% 12 hours later it's less than 20 %. I have restarted it, shut it down, and all of that, but it's still doing it. I'm not sure what else I can do, but it's very frustrating.
