Versa will not get notifications

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have my Versa that was a replacement for my first one that died.  I got it all set up, but it does not receive the notifications, or my calendar like my old one did.  It sync's with my phone or computer. Indicates when I get a call. Is set to indicate when I receive notifications, but nothing shows up.  Any Ideas?  I have tried everything I can think of, and followed all directions on line.  BTW, my phone is a Samsung, Galaxy 7, Android.

Android 8.0 version

Fitbit 32.33.1.30 Version

Thanks!

I have the same issue with the same phone.  Samsung galaxy s7 and Versa lite.  I was getting text, call, and email notifications for a few days but never got notifications from the other apps I'd set up (hangouts, Facebook messenger, or calendar).  The email notifications were too much so I turned those off.   I don't know for sure if that's when the other things stopped working (I'm currently only receiving calls) but it was around that same time.  It was also around the time of the latest update.   I've read and checked all the things in the help article.  I've made sure nothing is set to do not disturb or sleep, I've checked to make sure fitbit is okay to run in the background, I've turned everything off and on again. I've even tried moving Fitbit back onto my phone from my SD card.  I don't know what else to try.

@laineybug24 I am still dealing with the issues. Not that I am happy
another is having them, but it lets me know I am not alone with the
problems be they what they are. @ JuanJoFitbit, it is good to know that
Fitbit is aware of the problem and working on it. Maybe they will find a
resolution and fix for whatever the issue is.
