Versa 2 random reboots & clock face issues

My current issues with my Fitbit Versa 2 are the following: 1. Random reboots 2. Clock Face Error messages 3. Loses track of time 4. I constantly have to rest the device to get it to work, and that’s only effective for a short period of time.  I use to love Fitbit,

@CoraRocks, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it resets by itself and the clock faces show error messages and loses time. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issues get fixed.

 

In case the issues persist, try a factory reset. To do so on your devices, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

Hi JuanJoFitbit,

I’ve reset my device, and I was, and continue to use one of the Fitbit clock faces. I don’t know why this is happening. Today I had to rest it several times, but the clock still showed the incorrect time, and I continue to get the random error message in regards to the clock face. Did I get a beta watch
