My Fitbit failed to sync and wasn’t being discovered on my iPhone. I tried all of the trouble shooting suggestions and have now removed it from my account and done a factory reset. The watch comes on is in the charger and shows the multilingual welcome message but when I got to the Fitbit app and find the versa2 from the devices to pair it still won’t discover and asks me if it’s turned on. It’s in the charger, on and right next to it! Getting so annoyed now I’m considering getting an Apple Watch. Any suggestions?
