I just got my Fitbit versa 2 for Christmas and am very disappointed that I cannot get my text notifications to work and other notifications only work sometimes. I have tried to turn off and turn on all notifications settings I have unpaired and re-paired it and I have done a force shutdown. I am using iOS 14.3. It is also constantly unpairing with my phone even when it is in range so any functions (like Alexa) that need my phone won’t work unless I first open my phone. I have been trying to fix this for 4 days now and am getting very frustrated.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iOS mobile device are you currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
