Versa 2 not receiving notifications

I have a Versa 2. Since this past weekend my fitbit does not let me know that my phone's ringing  and it does not show text messages any longer. All the data still syncs to my phone. Any idea on what to do?

I played played tor quite a while with my phone and finally found it under notifications indeed. Don’t know how it got shut off though. Thank you!

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hello, 

I am having the same issue, but the option is not showing in my notifications for calls, emails, or messages. Please help.  It has always worked before.

Hi... I purchased recently versa 2.. Mine is android phone.. Notifications and sleep tracking is not working ... Reached customer service though phone done everything they insisted to do... They told they will reach me back soon but not yet reached
