My phone notifications are not flashing on versa 2. I am getting calls but no notifications from any apps. It asks me to restart my phone which i did thrice..but still the problem persists. What should i do?

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post and for restarting your phone before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hello, 

 

I am having the same issue with my Versa 2. I have a newer iPhone, can’t recall exact name.  I noticed this morning I wasn’t receiving any notification and have tried all the things Ricardo suggested.
