Versa 2 not receiving text notifications

Hello! My versa 2 will not send txt notifications. I can get calls, emails and other notifications but not txts. My iphone and Fitbit are up to date. I’ve switched everything to allow even when locked. I’ve deleted it and re started both phone and Fitbit. I’m not sure what else to do!! It’s the only thing not coming thru!

Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I have tried that and nothing worked all notifications are set to allow. It hasn’t worked since I got it yesterday and set it up. I have an iPhone 11.

I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing difficulties with your Versa 2 and your iPhone 11. To further investigate, can you please send me a screenshot of the notifications settings of the messages app for the Fitbit app? Let's make sure power management is disabled for the app by going to your phone settings, then apps > Fitbit > Power or battery.

I have tried many times and have reset and restarted many times and I still don’t get texts

To move on with this situation, can you please let me know if you already tried the troubleshooting steps that were shared on the post that was marked as the solution for this issue? Which phone are you using? Do you receive phone call notifications? More details will be appreciated.
