Versa 2 not receiving text notifications

Is anyone still not getting texts to their Versa 2? I have tried every "solution" I could find on the internet. A friend of mine has a Versa 2 as well and gets her texts.

Your phone has to be happily syncing for it to work. Is it having difficulties?

The simplest solution, if it was working?, is to restart both watch and phone, and make sure Notifications is well setup.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? Do you receive phone call and calendar notifications? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
