My Versa 2 is not syncing my health metrics anymore, it did for a week. Also it is not showing my sleep either, and I have it on the non dominate wrist and set to sensitive. When I look at the heart rate it cuts off at night. I have cleaned the contacts and restarted my watch. However it does track steps, stairs, active minutes, miles, and calories.

Did you restart the phone too? What model?
Is it syncing properly with the Fitbit App?

Is your Versa 2 not tracking your stats at all? Are you using a Fitbit original clock face or a third-party one? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Which phone are you using to sync it?
