Hello. I recently bought the Fitbit versa 2. I have been able to received notifications for phone calls and other apps, but I do not receive any notification for text messages. I have double checked my phone settings and the Fitbit app settings, and everything is turned on. Please help. Thanks!

@melbell6145, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not receiving text messages even though you have double checked your phone and app settings.
In addition to the information that @Rich_Laue requested, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in the meantime. After this, monitor the notifications and see if the issue gets fixed.
