I am wondering if I can return my versa 2 I got as a gift as I loved my old Fitbit however this new versa 2 shows less sleep tracking info than my original. I've read through the other comments on this nothing had worked. Very disappointed.

@TrsceeLynn I'm glad to hear you're now receiving your sleep data. 🙂
Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
With that said, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

Hi @TrsceeLynn, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with the sleep tracking issue, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Is your Versa 2 not tracking Sleep Stages only or sleep information at all? If you haven't already done so, please check the information that's specified on our help article: Why don't I see sleep stages today? and let me know if the issue persists.
Looking forward to your reply.

Finally getting back with a thank you and response. Through trial and error one thing I have noticed is using the app to “begin sleep now” can affect your sleep score or to the point not providing detailed sleep data. Letting the Fitbit calculate your rest on it’s own has proven effective for me. I am having a lot more success with it this way. Hope this helps others with similar issues
