Versa 2 not reflecting any data on the watch but reflecting on the mobile

My versa 2 is 6 months old and till last two weeks it was showing all my data- calories burnt,heart rate,steps,SPO2 on the screen. Since last two weeks its showing all data only on my mobile phone.I tried all attempts to solve the issue. Please guide and help.

- What do you see in your Versa 2 screen?

- Is the screen blank or does it show 0 stats?

- Have you restarted your watch?

My Versa 2 screen is blank, only time is visible.
Though SPO2 - sleep to update - blank
heart shape - blank
shoe ( walk ) -goal - blank

In this case, I would recommend restarting your Versa 2 and then set it up as a replacement device:

1. Tap the Today tab , and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
