Hey,

 

Recently having an issue with the versa 2 not responding to touch several times a day.  Only thing that seems to help us to restart each time it comes up, which is pretty annoying considering.  Wondering if any one else has had this issue or if there are any possible solutions being just restarting several times a day (at least)

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset when the touchscreen is working.
