Versa 2 not responding

My Fitbit is not changing I tried all the trouble shooting and leave it on the charger overnight and still nothing.

Have you been through Fitbit's troubleshooting guide at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If that hasn't helped then, as it says at the end of that guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.

Thanks for troubleshooting your device prior to posting. To move forward with this situation and to determine in a better way the issue your Versa 2 is experiencing, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still blinking? In addition to the steps that were shared by @SteveH, please restart your Fitbit and let me know how it goes.

Hi Steve  I cannot restart the Fitbit because it's dead. Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device
