Versa 2 not responding

My versa has stopped working...I have had my watch since April 2020 but now it has stopped working...the screen has gone black and only vibrates when I put it on the charger.  

I have tried everything possibly but still not working.  Please help..

Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Hi there, 

Thank you for your reply. The heart rate sensor is not flashing.  I have tried several times to restart the phone, pressing the button for 15- 20 secs, leaving it on the charger for a few hours but its is responding. The screen is still dark.
