Starting this week, when I start recording an exercise on my Versa 2, upon completion it gives me my stats, indicates it’s saved, but later disappears from the Versa 2, and never records in the app. I do not pause during exercise, and I end and save properly when done. I have restarted the Versa 2 and still no success.

Fitbit customer service was great! In the app go to Today, tap your profile in the upper left corner, tap Versa 2, scroll to the bottom and tap Remove this Versa 2. Then choose Set Up a Device and add it back. All my data was restored!
