Versa 2 not showing exercise tab

So I've had on and off issues with my versa but this is the weirdest one. Recently when ever I want to go to record whatever exercise whether it be weight lifting, treadmill, running etc. I'm unable to pull anything up. The exercise icon has been replace with a question mark and nothing opens up when I press it. I still see my exercise short cuts on the app but nothing on my actual versa besides that question mark. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi @AliciaMM2 - there is a corruption in the system, first try a restart, hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start and sync.

Second, sync the watch and do a watch shutdown from the watch settings. Wait 10 seconds before placing on charge to restart it, or holding the button a few seconds.

Third, try running the set up a device and replace in the Fitbit App.

If neither resolve it, a factory reset is the only other way but think twice before doing that as if you are using the new v4 Fitbit App you may not be able to set it up again after the factory reset on Android phones as there is a bug.

Okay so I have just tried all 3 and still no change sadly. So as someone with an android phone how do I go about a factory reset?😅

@AliciaMM2 - as mentioned you may no longer be able to use your watch at all if you factory reset, as it too can also fail.

If you still want to try, look for factory reset in the watch About settings. Sync first, then wait 5 minutes for it to complete.

It is possible that Settings is not working either on your watch so try chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help with doing it via the watch button.
