I've had a Versa 2 for about 5 months now and I've had syncing issues pretty much the entire time I've had the watch. The first time it happened I went through the standard syncing issue process of resetting the phone & the watch and force quitting the app, initially this worked and for a while it was syncing fine. This didn't last long however it soon stopped syncing again, it has become worse and worse over time and it literally won't sync now without restarting the whole process every time I want the device to sync.
I have tried everything to try and keep the automatic sync function going and been through multiple app & phone system updates so it can only be the watch causing the problem and I'm at the stage now where I'm really fed up with the product and wish I'd never bought it!

I used Versa 2 for more than half a year. However, I have been experiencing sync issues recently. I had tried restarting Versa 2 a number of times, deleting and reinstalling Fitbit app, and restarting my phone before it can sync. Is there a bug going on?

Me too. I’ve done everything possible to get it to sync when you open the app on the phone. Very upsetting they will do anything about this. I been reading several treads and sounds like it is on there end. My versa2 was working fine up until they updated a new version of what I have no idea but it sucks!
