Versa not keeping a charge

Received my Versa a year and a half ago and wear it every day.  But recently it won’t hold a charge.  I charged it over night so when I took it off the charger this morning at 7 am it said 100%.  It’s now 7:48 and it’s down to 84%.  Before the end of the day, it will be 0%.

i turned it completely off, restarted it, but that didn’t seem to slow down the drainage.  I synced it with my phone and changed the clock face with luck so that works.  
Any other ideas what I can do to get it properly working?

Mine is doing the exact same thing, and I would like an answer, too.

Unfortunately since my Fitbit is out of warranty,  they couldn't offer me any resolutions. Only offered a 25% discount on a new one.  No way am I replacing it every year and a half!  They should last longer than that!!  I'm going to research other brands such as Samsung, Apple, or Garmin.
