My steps are not syncing properly to challenges. I have lost 15,000 steps in my challenges so far this week. I called support but the information I received was not helpful. I do not have "live data mode", I do not use mobilerun, I do not manually log steps, and I understand the time zone issue but there is only 1 hour difference there. This is very frustrating and I see in this forum that several people experience the same issue and that it has been happening for years. Not good, Fitbit!

Have the steps been syncing to your Dashboard ok? I'm just trying to see where the problem lays.
