Versa 2 not syncing properly

In the last few weeks my versa 2 won't synchronise correctly with my android phone(includes all alerts, steps, activity goals etc). Everything has worked amazingly for a long time prior to this.

 

I am getting the units synchronised if I reboot both my watch and phone- although this needs to be done every 3-4days now, so it's a bit frustrating.

 

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1631224500037.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
