Hi there @Quizer, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about the syncing difficulties with your Strava app and for taking the time to troubleshoot this prior to posting here.

Since the exercises were synced to your account from the tracker but were not synced to the Strava app, may we know if you have linked your Strava app to your Fitbit account? To check, follow the steps below:

  1. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account and check if Strava is listed.

If not listed, then that is the reason why they are not synced together. To connect your Fitbit and Strava account,  follow the step below:

  1. Visit strava.fitbit.com and tap or click Connect.
  2. Log in to your Strava account.
  3. When prompted, authorize Strava to connect to your Fitbit account and follow the on-screen instructions.

Moving forward, once linked, your exercises should be synced.

However, if still not working even after confirming that Strava app is connected, please try disconnecting and reconnecting the Strava app to your Fitbit account by clicking "Revoke Access to the integration and relink your Fitbit account.

I look forward in getting you back on track. Should you have further questions, don't hesitate to let me know.

We ahve tried resetting the Strava account as per the answer described. When we try and access Strava on the Fitbit it says link account!!  We have followed the instructions and it shows in the app and and on the phone but is still not working. The same issue appears to be happening with Map My Run too. Any suggestions?

Hey, I was getting annoyed with the same thing, took me about a week to notice, when you click on the exercise, let's say click "run' before you press play, top left corner of your watch it will say 'connecting" you have to wait until it says "connect" before pressing play on your run, then off your go, this is the watch connecting to your phone gps signal, I have had no problem with it syncing to my strava since noticing this
