Versa 2 won't start only displays " Data not cleared. Sync and try again". unable to get to any menu so how do I reset it?

Thank you for sharing that you've been having this inconvenience with your Versa 2 watch.
This message usually appears on the watch's display when a factory reset fails and should be resolved by re-configuring the watch with your account (as if it were a new device). You can follow the steps listed here.
In addition, make sure to try to complete a restart procedure, as this has been useful for other users as well.
