I've had no issues at all with my versa until Saturday, since then it has stopped recording HR and sleep.after a restart my versa has started picking up HR but it's not syncing to phone app. I am really disappointed. Have tried all the usual!!

You say that it is not syncing to the phone app, does that mean it is syncing to the website?

I honestly think something glitched with Daylight Savings Time, mine was fine until then as well.

Daylight savings time will not affect syncing today.
For individual help it would. Be nice to know the phone model.
