I've tried multiple times to sync my Versa 2 to my wireless earbuds and it keeps saying no device found. I've turned the Bluetooth off on my phone and tried to pair them and still no luck. Does anyone else have any other suggestions?
This is just one of many issues I've had so far... maybe I should have waited to purchase until they had some of the bugs worked out....ugh

@Becka Bluetooth connections can be quirky. Some devices unpair just by being out of range. Sometimes you have to unpair the devices. I say this because someone at work held a joint Bluetooth speaker "hostage" by not unpairing.
I don't own Jbuds. Can they connect to multiple devices? Did you turn your Versa off? I looked in both the Versa and Versa 2 manuals. There instructions on how to pair devices, but no explanation on how to unpair them. If your Jbuds are still paired to your Versa and they can only pair to one device, you might need to erase your Versa to get them unpaired.
Just tossing out ideas. I hope something works.

@Becka I'm sorry that I don't have an answer for you. But in case this is new bug, what brand and model earbuds are you trying to pair?

I agree with @LZeeW make sure the headphones are not connected to any other device.
Then put the headphones into pair mode. Now let's search for the headphones with the Versa 2.
BTW headphones do not sync, but get paired/conected.

When I unpaired my earbuds from my Versa, I was able to pair them with my Versa 2. Thank you again!

Hi,
Just wondering if the syncing finally worked. I am having problems syncing my versa 2 wth my jaybird earbuds. The watch mentions that they do not see the earbuds.
Am I the only one who has this issue ?
Pls I need help. I want to go run with my buds and my watch.
Thanks
