I’ve had my Versa for over a month. It was working great through the Fitbit app. Today when I opened the app I noticed that the Versa is missing from the dashboard but my old charge 2 and Aria are on there. When I tried to set it up again I got an error message saying “Cannot Pair” saying it’s locked likely due to a warranty exchange or being reported as lost? It was working fine before. It says to contact support if I feel it’s an error but when I click on the support link it brings me to a page in a totally different language. What’s going on??

Yesterday my Versa 2 disappeared from my Fitbit app dashboard, also. And, the only thing showing on the phone screen is the Fitbit logo. I've been trying to fix this all weekend, following all the instructions over & over, to no avail.
