In addition, I recommend that you try restarting the device by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
If you're still having any issues, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
Best AnswerMy device hasn’t synced for 3 days it seems. I’ve deleted the app and reset it all. I have turned my phone off and on. I have turned my versa 2 off and on. I’ve disconnected and then reconnected the blue tooth. And still nothing. It’s not syncing and I’m out of ideas. Please help

Ive done all the above steps and it says its synced but my exercise information is not transferring over still??

When I synced this morning on my fitbit its changed my information from yesterday as if I didnt do any exercise until late in the afternoon but i did do heaps of exercise in the morning and now its taken away all the data. Im so confused right now. Yesterday my fitbit app was correct it just wasnt sending the exercise data across to myfitness pal and today its deleted all the data i was trying to get across??
