I am getting really upset for the last month the Versa 2 will not sync to my phone.. I have tried to put it on the charger and it won't sync then randomly It will sync then it won't sync for like a week or so. I need help please. Like I say getting ready upset..

I’m having the same issue. This replacement versa 2 is barely 6 months old and I’ve had to restart and reset at least 2-3 times per week for the last month, so I know how to do that, Its a bigger issue than that when I have to do it so frequently. It’s pretty annoying! Help.

Thank you for sharing this information about the trouble you've been having to sync your data.
Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems?
In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app and keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
