I received a new versa 2 last week (5 days ago). I initially experienced significant syncing issues, with the watch not connecting to the app on my android despite the phone being connected via bluetooth etc. I see many others have experienced a similar issue, seemingly due to an app update. Over the last few days this issue has only occasionally occured but seems my watch has to have more than 50% charge or it won't sync which seems peculiar. Over the last couple of days I have also noticed the step count on the fitbit stopping for minutes at a time, even when I am active. These issues are understandably very frustrating not least because it is a brand new versa. Advice greatly appreciated.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
