I have seen lots of similar issues, my versa 2 has recently decided to stop syncing. 2nd time in 4 weeks I gave had to do the nuclear factory reset but it still won't sync. Everything is up to date. Has the watch had it? Its driving me mad and hardly anything gets logged!

To further investigate why are you having syncing difficulties with your Versa 2, can you please let me know which phone are you using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
