Versa 2 not syncing

I‘ve been having issues with my Versa 2 syncing to my apps. I have to keep manually syncing my steps to Everfit and My Fitness Pal. It also doesn’t stay synced in the actual Fitbit app. This is very annoying because if I don’t continuously do it nothing will be logged correctly.
