Versa 2 not taking

My versa2 stopped tracking heart rate, sleep, auto exercise, etc. It doesn't matter water clock face I use, how charged it is,  and there's no available software updates. What gives??

Go to Settings on watch, go down to heart rate tracking.  Is it on?  Mine got turned off by the update.  I turned it back on and it’s working again.  Support won’t suggest this.  They either don’t know or want you to buy a new one.  Hope this helps.
