My Versa 2 (a year old today) randomly stopped tracking at some point last night. It did not track my sleep and after a very active morning I have zero steps and no heart rate. The lights on the back are not on. I’ve tried resetting 6 times, two factory resets, reinstalled the app and updated the tracker. I’m very frustrated and don’t know what else to do. Please help!
