Versa 2 not tracking my data accurately

Hi everyone my versa 2 dosent seem to be tracking properly,  my normal 3k walk to the shop and back has now lost 500 steps and my active mins have gone from 50 -100 to 12 .

I've factory reset but it's made no difference at all . Any advice please

It was tracking correctly until about a week ago , ive updated it , factory reset and still it dosent work properly
