My stepcounter for versa 2 is bouncing backwards. This has been going on for a week or so. I have tried reseting the watch, restarting, unpair and pair again. Nothing seens to work.
The stepcounter allways match my phones stepcounter by +- 15 steps, but the last week it suddenly jumps back 1-3k steps behind.
How so I resolve?

Hi there @Caspiana, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not tracking your steps accurately, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for trying to solve the issue prior to contacting us, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.
Since your step count is inaccurate, confirm the following are correct in the Fitbit app:
Since we use height to estimate your walking and running stride lengths, you may want to measure and manually adjust these values if your legs are longer or shorter than average. For more information, see How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
Sometimes, when you start walking, your steps may not update on your device right away. After about 10-15 continuous steps, you'll notice the steps catch up and start updating in real time with each step you take.
Also, I was wondering if your Versa 2 is constantly syncing to your Fitbit app? Is your mobile phone included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
