I just got my Versa 2 and I am an Android user. The Versa tracked my sleep the first night and gave me a sleep score and the associated stages. I have not been able to get the same info since the first night. It tells me how many hours I've slept but does not give me a score or the sleep stages.

Hello @Sarah305 sleep stages are required before you will get a sleep score.
Have you checked under the graph of your affected sleep. Fitbit may have your answer.

Welcome to the Community, @Sarah305 and @Rich_Laue, thanks for the input.
As our friend mentioned, you must see sleep stages to see a sleep score. For more information, see What should I know about sleep stages?. If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score:
Let me know the outcome. 🙂

Thanks for all help.
What I learned is that to get your sleep stages, you can't "start" and "stop" sleep via the app. You have to let the Fitbit "figure out" when you fall asleep/wake up based on your activity.
