My versa 2 isn’t tracking my sleep. I’ve tried going on the app and pressing “sleep now”, I’ve tried restarting it, and my watch is updated. I wear it tight on my wrist. One of the reasons I got the watch is the sleep with it because of its awesome battery life. Sometimes it tracks my sleep but only for an hour to two hours! I’ve tried it on sensitive mode. The HR monitor seems to work fine.

No sleep score here either on my Versa 2! And my sister also complained she lacked the score! Everything else recorded stages...times...and oxygen variations just no sleep score!
it is not even calculating that I slept at all! But it tells me I got no sleep and it’s “poor”. If I add the sleep log myself in the morning calculates it! I found this work around guys. But it’s inconvenient. One of the reasons I got my Fitbit was to track my sleep!!
I’ve been having the same problem off & on for months. My first contact with support they told me to uninstall the app, then reinstall. It fixed the problem for a few weeks. Now back to the same thing. I slept 8 hours last night and it only recorded 3 hours. I’m considering changing brands.

Best AnswerAlright guys. Thanks for your posts. Considering I’m in the 30 day return limit I’m going back to kohl’s and returning the watch. 😞 very disappointed by the watch for many reasons but not tracking my sleep or exercises is just unacceptable because it’s A $200 WATCH! Everything you do on the versa 2 you have to do on your phone first which is backwards and what’s the point? I can’t wait to get my money back so I can buy the Apple Watch or the amazon watch or something ELSE
