I just went from a Charge 2 to the Versa 2. Since changing over, my Versa 2 will not track my sleep. It's showing like 1hr per night, but nothing else?
It is tracking steps and my heart rate just fine though.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @dmeta.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that since you switched from Charge 2 to Versa 2, your sleep is not being tracked accurately. Thank you for letting me know that your watch tracks your steps and heart rate fine. There are several factors that can affect the sleep tracking. I recommend doing the following:
It is possible to correct the sleep record from your dashboard by following the steps from this help article: How do I change my sleep history?
You can find more information about tracking sleep here.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Hello,
1. I looked at the normal verse sensitive, but it seems my fitbit doesn't have those options? It's not in the settings of my sleep tracker to even change.
2. I have done resets on the device, just not a factory reset.
3. Already on my non-dominant hand.
4. It is one finger tightness. So a little wiggle room but not really moving much.
I noticed it did pick up 3 hours of sleep yesterday am. But that's it, so I'm not sure what I'm doing to have it not pick it up.
And I do realize I can manually put it in the dashboard, but I was having issues sleeping, which is why I got the charge 2 and now versa 2, so I can watch my sleep patterns.

Hi @dmeta, thank you for your reply.
I appreciate the additional details and would like to confirm if you receive any message regarding your sleep record? I also recommend checking if your app is updated to the latest version.
If you use the Fitbit app for Android you need to check your sleep sensitivity setting on fitbit.com. You can use the following link: https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile .
Looking forward to your response.

Hello @LiliyaFitbit ,
As of last night, I reupdated my Fitbit app. It successfully updated and then I went to sleep. It gathered 4 hours this time. (Still not right, but better than nothing).
I also checked my profile, and my sleep sensitivity is at normal.
Thank you

I am having a similar issue. I have a brand new Versa 2 and it tracks everything except sleep. It shows sleep for Wednesday January 8th and last night January 10th only because I went into the app and clicked on sleep. I look at everything and the setting seem fine??? It’s knew som8 could be missing something.

I've been having the same issue. Just started in the last week or so. It shows on the app on the phone, but not on the fitbit
Frustrating

My charge 2 never had a single issue with the sleep, when I got the Versa 2 is when all my problems started 😕

I just upgrade to Versa 2. I have discovered if I "edit" the sleep time to what I know it should be. Then close the app and come back in; the sleep tracks. For me it seems like it does not refresh correctly.

I heard that also with my Versa. However, what I discovered is that I have Sleep Apnea. Fitbit picked up on it unknowingly, and I was able to get to doctors to resolve. Now with Versa 2, I do have an occasional night where it won't track sleep, and I know it was how I was sleeping.

Just got a Versa 2 and do not get the sleep tracking data. My partner has an inspire HR and that works straight out of the box. I am frustrated by this as the sleep tracking was the main reason for buying. Everything else seems fine. I have followed all of the guidance and contacted support line who told me to reset the Fitbit and that should fix it. It doesn’t.
