My Versa 2 randomly quits tracking sleep. Sometimes it'll track for a few days, then it quits for a few days, tracks a night or two, then doesn't again. I can't find the problem. I've restarted it multiple times, checked for an update, made sure it synced properly, and made sure it's fully charged. I didn't have any problems with it at all until this month (April 2020). Bought in December 2019.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 has not tracked your sleep properly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.
