Versa 2 not tracking steps

After taking my morning walk, I just noticed that my Versa 2 did not track any of my steps.  I have walked a lot this morning and it's still saying I only have 2,809 steps.  How can I fix this problem

Hi @mztiffanyb72 , restart your Versa 2 three times in a row by long pressing the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo each time and release the button (internal reset). regards kuzibri

Thank you.  I just tried holding the left button down the only thing that comes up is the quick setting menu. I didn't see the fitbit logo come up.  Should I continue holding the button even longer for the logo to come up?

I'm having the same issue. It also says my heart rate is 82 bpm for the past hour or so without changing. 

I tried resetting it 3 times in a row. Didn't work.
